LONDON, March 11. Another enemy convoy has been roughly handled by small ships, this time vessels manned by Fighting French sailors. They attacked off the coast of Brittany before dawn, and scored at least one torpedo hit on an enemy supply Our surface craft returned without casualties or damage.
