N.Z.'S CONGRATULATIONS

The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) has sent the following message to the Prime bMinister of Australia (Mr. Curtin:—

"Will you please convey to General Mac Arthur, on behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand, a message of warmest congratulation on the decisive victory of his forces in the Bismarck Sea.
