CENTRE FOURS TOURNEY

The fours championship winners in clubs affiliated with the Wellington Bowling Centre were brought together in the champion of champions' contest at the Wellington Bowling Club today. There was keen competition and many an eventful head. One game, in which Karori and Otaki Railway were engaged, was being very closely contested until, with five ends to go, two 6's were scored by Karori on successive ends—an unusual experience against A. D. Webster. Arrangements for the tournament, which is to conclude tomorrow, are being capably handled by the centre secretary (Mr. W.
