(Rec. 11.45 a.m.* RUGBY, Feb. 17,

Mr. Prentiss M. Brown, Director of the United States Price Administration, stated that price control legislation in the United States had slowed down to a very modest pace price increases that otherwise would have run away with the cost of living. At present there was very little which Americans ate, wore, or used which was not subject to the maximum price fixation of the Price Administration.—B.O.W.
