GRADES OF MEAT
A committee representative of the Department of Agriculture, the Price Tribunal, master butchers, and other interested parties working with the Standards Institute organisation has drawn up standard specifications for meat, which it is hoped, will be put f nto operation before long. The specifications establish standard grades and definitions of cuts and joints.
