British Commonwealth; (4) it was beJ lieved that security would be tha immediate prime point with such organisation; (5) it was believed that Britain and Russia should make are immediate post-war contribution byparticipation in collective security. Mr. Nash said that the United Nations' Legislatures should enact tha Atlantic Charter and the four free* doms as the corner-stones of theif foreign policies.
