STOP PRESS « RABAUL RAIDED AGAIN. London.—Allied bombers have raided Rabaul, the Japanese base in New Britain, for the second night running. General MacArthur's communique says that the attack was made just before dawn. Two waves of heavy bombers went in and dropped 28 tons of high explosives and 1500 incendiaries.
