The Netherlands and Chinese Governments have decided to raise the status of their envoys to ambassadors. Mr. Wunsz King, the present Chinese Minister to the Netherlands, will be the first Chinese Ambassador, and Mr. Lovnk, Secretary-General of the Ministry for the Co-ordination of Warfare, will be the first Netherlands Ambassador to the Chinese Republic.— 8.0.
