REPRISAL AGAINST JAPS IN CHILE
SANTIAGO, January 30. The Japanese Minister, Mr. Kiyoshi Yamagata, and 27 members of his staff, are confined in the legation building as a reprisal for the arrest of the Chilean Minister to Tokio, following the severance of diplomatic relations.
