(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON, January 29. The following members of the R.N.Z.N.V;R. have been promoted temporary acting sub-lieutenants: —N. T. s Sutton (Christchurch); J. A. W. Okeby and. R. Stacey (Wellington), F. J. O'Brien (Whakatane); also D. G. Warsworth and C. R. Wlntringham. The following have been similarly prompted in the. Fleet Air Arm:—^. Horiore (Wellington), E. P.
