Fulcher, watersider, of 59 Martin Square, fell down a ship's hold last night and fractured his right leg. Both men were taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance. John Alan Watkins, gas meter maker and soldier, who was with the two other soldiers fined £10 this week for converting a jeep found outside the Central Police Station, was similarly dealt with by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., yesterday. Failure to register in the National Reserve cost Ivan Lionel Williamson £4, with an additional £1 for failing to enrol in the Home Guard, in the \ Petone Magistrate's Court, before Mr, W. C.
