Infantry "Brigade^ Second N.Z.E.F., broadcast"-recently from the secret radio - station- of -.the People's Freedom Army in-Yugoslavia. According to a bulletin of the "Free Italy Movement in London, Denver was taken prisoner in Gree # ce : qn April 28, 1941. He escaped from-a prison camp at Marib'or the following December and joined General .AMikhailovitch's patriot army in Slovenia. • ". Denver, broadcasting, /said: "In the partisans' army are Poles, German and Italia*n deserters, and. several Britons. We. are fighting to free, territory. All these men are tremendously-daring." 'It is understood that-'Denver is the only Briton who so far, has br.oadcast from Axis-controlled' territory. '
