(P.A.) INVERCARGILL, January 2. The Southland Racing Club's Meeting was held before a record crowd. The weather was glorious and the track fast. The totalisator turnover was £41,042 10s, against a total of £38,579 for two days last year. Saturday's total. is believed to be a record for one day in Southland.
