INDICTMENTS FOLLOW BOSTON FIRE

Following the disastrous fire at the Coconut Grove, a Federal grand jury indicted 10 persons, including the manager and police and fire building officials, charging them with manslaughter, neglect of duty, and violation of the building laws. The jury declared that it found among members of various official departments laxity, incompetence, and failure to fulfil their duties.
