THREE CHARGES
BOLTON-MOSS REMANDED
Leonard Bowley Bolton-Moss, company director, aged 46, who was brought from Sydney last week under escort, was charged in the Magistrate s Court today on three counts of theft while managing director of Hamilton's (Australia and New Zealand), Ltd. The amounts involved in the charges are £50, £500, and £250, and are dated September 24, 1939, at Christchurch, and February 16 and 19, 1940, at Wellington. On the application of Detec-tive-Sergeant W. McLennan the accused was remanded to appear on January 11.
