ARRIVAL OF L. R. B. MOSS

Leonard Rowley Bolton Moss, aged 46, has arrived in Wellington from Australia, escorted by Detective-Ser-geant J. Thompson. A cablegram from Sydney on December 9 said that Moss was remanded on £1000 bail at the Central Court, charged with the theft of £500 from Hamilton's (Australia and New Zealand) Company, Ltd., of which he was managing director. The police prosecutor said the defalcations were alleged to- be approximately £9000. He understood charges involving more than that amount would be preferred in New Zealand.
