NAZI LAND LAW AMENDED
LONDON, December 26. An amendment to the Nazi land laws to enable a daughter to take over her father's property is being framed because of the heavy death-roll among peasants fighting against Russia, says Reuters Zurich correspondent. Fonfierly the law necessitated small German farms passing from father to son, the law being designed to ensure ownership of land by "racially desirables.- _ NON-AGGRESSION PACT "/ RENEWED ♦ (Rec. noon.) RUGBY,' Dec. 2f. " An Ankara message says thatch* five-year treaty of non-aggression, signed in June, 1938, by Turkey, I^ak, Persia, and Afghanistan, has . been automatically prolonged for another five years.—B.O.W. ■ ' ■ -
