LONDON, December 15. The British submarine Truant has arrived back: at her base in Britain after an absence of two and a half years, in which she sunk or damaged more than. 20 Axis ships and travelled niore than 80,000 miles in the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean, and the Java Sea.
