This morning their Excellencies the Governor-General and Lady Newall, attended by Major C. J. Holland-Martin, were present, at the .annual breakingup ceremony of the Correspondence School, held in St. Francis Hall. .

The Prime Minister . (Mr. Fraser). who was confined to his residence last week through indisposition, has re-, sumed his duties, at Parliament House. Mr. Fraser will be present on Friday at the unveiling of the memorial to Abel Tasman at Tarakohe, and will also attend the, opening of the Abel Tasman National Park at Torrent Bay on Saturday.
