CARGO SHIP HELD UP

(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 13. A small ship with 1000 tons of cargo has been held up at Lyttelton for several days because the crew decided that the donkeyman should be accommodated in the officers' quarters. The officers objected to having a member of the. crew in their quarters at the dictation of the }crew. The men argued tthat there was insufficient room in their quarters. A deadlock resulted. The ship, which was overhauled at 3-yttelton, is held up indefinitely.
