(Rec. 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 7,

The number of concentration camps in Northern Norway for German soldiers who desert in Finland or refuse to go to the eastern front is rapidly increasing, according to reli* able information, says the Stockholm correspondent of the "New York Tinies." The morale of the Germans in Norway is reported to be low. They realise that Germany has lost the war and fear Norwegian fury. More than 2000 German. soldiers are at present held in Norwegian concentration camps.
