NEW'YORK, November 20. Tokio official radio announced that Lieut.-General A. E. Percival, British Commander in Malaya, Lieut.-General Jonathan Wainwright, the United States Commander. in the Philippines, Sir Shenton Thomas, former Governor of Singapore, Sir Mark Young, former Governor of Hong Kong, and other Allied officers are quartered in a prisoners of war camp in Formosa.
