RUGBY, November 2. It is learnt in London that the Germans in Prague have swooped on a big co-operative society of Czech postal (Officials, "Postex," arresting 38 persons, including the general manager. The Germans allege that they uncovered "the gravest black market scandal ever committed in Prague," but Czechs in London think the alleged scandal may be an excuse for the destruction of yet another important Czech organisation.
