The following further investments have been made in the second Liberty Loan:—-Harvie, Ltd., £500; Keans, Ltd., £330; Mersey Properties, Ltd., £110; Wellington Mechanical Engineering Co., £250; Bank of New Zealand Officers' Guarantee and Provident Association, £2000; Schneideman and Sons, Ltd., £100; J. Inglis Wright, Ltd., £250; Denhard Bakeries, Ltd., £1000; Todd Motors' Provident Association, £1000; the Brown, Mitchinson Co., Ltd., £500; N.Z. Bank Officers' Guild, £500. , A feature of yesterday's campaign was the performance-of a visiting services band at Liberty Corner. A large crowd was attracted, and good business was done at the information bureau on the spot.
