King Victor Emmanuel of Italy is reported to be seriously ill in his summer residence at San Rossore, near Pisa, says the Berne correspondent of the "New York Times."

The king's physician, accompanied by four specialists, has left Rome, for Pisa, and Crown Prince Humbert interrupted an inspection trip to Naples and flew to San Rossore.
