W.A.A.F. NOW IN ARMY
COMMISSIONS MAY BE
GRANTED
Regulations similar to those gazettecz " last week constituting the Women's-^ Auxiliary Army Corps as part of the ' ' Army were issued last night in connection with the Women's Auxiliary ~ Air Force. They actually constitute' the Women's Auxiliary Air Force, and • declares it to be part of the Royal " New Zealand Air Force. The new regulations, entitled "The Women's • Auxiliary Air Force Emergency Regul V) lations, 1942," make provision for such_part of the Air Force law as is deemed^'" appropriate to apply to the women's;., organisation. There is also a proviso - for granting commissions in the' ' W.A.A.F. ' •;.
