DOUBTS OF GERMAN VICTORY IN BULGARIA
(Rec. 12.15 p.m.) ANKARA, Oct. 4. Travellers from Bulgaria say that doubts of German victory have grown there. Professor Black, of the suppressed American College, said: "The Bulgarian Government is trying to build up hatred against Bolshevism, England, and President Roosevelt, in that order."
