CAMP FOR NORTHEGIAN QUISLINGS

A Stockholm message says that a special concentration camp has been established at Ulven, near Bergen, for Norwegian quislings who refuse to fight for Germany on the Eastern Front. Local quisling chiefs told their countrymen that those who refuse to volunteer will be considered .to be spies and traitors
