SOVIET RECOGNITION
FRENCH NATIONAL COMMITTEE
(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 28. It is stated officially in Moscow that the Soviet Union has recognised the French National Committee as alone qualified to organise the participation in the war of French nationals and territories and to represent French interests with the Soviet Government.
