(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON. Sept. 24. Moscow radio stated that Feodosy Vanin, a young Moscow athlete, established a world record for 20 kilometres of 63min 51sec. ■ >: V
The present record is credited to J. Zabala, of Argentina, who put up the time of 64min 0 l-ssec in 1936.
