JAP FOREIGN POLICY
NO ALTERATION
(Rec. 12.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 2. ' The official Tokio radio announced that the Prime Minister, General Tojo, stated that no alteration in foreign policy would result from the change in the Ministry. Mr. Wilfrid Fleisher, a former Tokio correspondent of the "New York Herald Triburfe," says that Mr. Togo's resignation resulted from an internal policy dispute whether to move against Siberia or India. Mr. Togo opposed attack on Siberia, and was overruled by General Tojo.
