WARTIME HEALTH
LECTURES FOR CITY CLUBS
Plans have been completed for a series of lectures on > "Men-Women Relationships in Wartime," for members of various Hospitality clubs throughout the city. Speakers will include Mrs. W. A. Riddell, Miss D. M. Lynn, Dr. ;,Ernest Beaglehole,, Mr. I* S. Hearnshaw,, Mr; and Mrs. A. 8.. Cochr^ Mr. arid JJjots., ; vA«. JX: Priestley, and^a^-authority on public health. The topics of .the series include; -^The Service Club Hostess," "Psychologically Speaking," "Your Responsibility •to Public Health," and/ "The Post-War Woman," and have been planned by a group of representatives from; various hospitality clubs under the chairmanship of Miss Jean Campbell, National Youth Secretary of the Y.W.C.A. Members of her committee include Misses A. McConchie,. M. Henderson, and Mrs; Henderson, <►£ the .Cinderella; Club; Misses L. 7 AJcraya P. v Hyams,; of the(Spinsters' Club;^ Misses Thdinp-f son and; Morton,"; of the > Victory Club: Misses N. Darby and F, Drake, and Mrs. J;^g; Martin, of the Y.FJ3.; and Misses X Harris ahd' B. Haynes, pf, the Grosyenor, Each club "wtII have its own series of talks. They biegin i duriiijg.the week of August 17.
