(Rec. 9 a.m.) BOMBAY July 28. Dr. Ambedkar, leader of the depressed classes, in an article in the "Times of India," says: "Gandhi's present move is irresponsible and insane. No one expects consistency from Gandhi, but everybody has the right to expect a-sense of responsibility from him."
