FALSE DECLARATION
Pleading guilty in the Magistrate's Court today to a charge of falsely declaring the age of his wife when obtaining a marriage certificate", Henry Watson, aged 27, a club steward, was committed by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., to the Supreme Court for sentence. The evidence was that he said the girl was 21 when she was actually 19. Mr. R. R. Scott appeared for Watson.
