A sentence of one month's imprisonment with hard labour was imposed by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today* upon. Arthur Rudolph, aged 38, a coach painter, who pleaded guilty to trespassing on a defence area at Petone. The police said that his actions suggested more of a mental case than anything else.
