PRISONERS IN HONG KONG
LONDON, July 9
Japan has now replied officially to representations made by the protecting Powers about the condition of prisohers of war in Hong Kong. A New Delhi communique says that the health Of the prisoners has improved and that they are now receiving -rations "similar to those given to the Japanese.
