DENIED BY JAPANESE
USE OF POISON GAS
(Rec. 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 8. Tokio radio announced that Tomokazu Hori, the official Japanese spokesman, said today: "Japan, has never used poison gas so far, and does not intend to use it unless international laws are violated by the enemy."
