FREEZING OF BEEF
MORE RAPID PROCESS
(Rec. 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, June 1. A new process freezes entire quarters of beef in hours instead of days, saving 35 per cent, in transport and storage space. The process was discovered by Mr. Brewster, general manager of the Smithfleld and Argentine Meat Company. •
