JOHNSTON, Joseph A., Set., R.N.Z.A.F,., previously reported missing; death now officially presumed by Air Ministry as in October MILLER, Keith C. M., Sgt., R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing: death now officially presumed by Air Ministry as in August; Te Awaimitu. WATERS, David 0., P/O, R.X.Z.A.F., previously reported missing; now reclassifled missing' believed lulled ; Auckland.
