BIBLE TRUTH "THE TIME OF JACOB'S TROUBLE" (Jeremiah 30 :3-7.) ■' Today practically the whole- of the European Continent is submerged, "under one of the most terrible and searching despotisms that ever wrung the heart of nations" and in view of Hitler's anti-Semitic policy the plight of the Jews among these nations is pitiable. Nevertheless Hitler's rabid hatred of the Jews, reflected In the cruel persecutions witnessed by tlie World during the past eight years, is but another striking "sign of the times," for Bible prophecy reveals that Immediately prior to the coming of Israel's deliverer and Messiah (Jesus Christ) the Jewish Nation would- experience a period of unprecedented trouble—"THE TIME OF JACOB'S TROUBLE." In view of other contemporary fulfilments of prophecy the belief is justified that the Jews are NOW experiencing this foretold "time of Jacob's trouble." The day of deliverance, therefore, is n.ow near for Bible prophecy reveals that "the time ol Jacob's trouble" culminates in a terrible invasion of Palestine, where the Jews are now building their national, home. (Ezekiel chap. 38, Ezek. 39:1-16, Dan. 11.40-45, Zech. 14:1-3, Zech. 14:12-14, Isaiah 17:12-14). Palestine, . however, will prove. but. a death-trap for th< latter-day "spoiler" of Israel.' for it is WHEN PALESTINE IS INVADED - that 'God-:-inter-venes through Jesus Christ returned to earth and the invading armies are completely exterminated. Ezek. 38:18-23, Ezek. 39:1-IG. Zech. 14:3-4, Isa. 16:4, Isa. 17:14). Witli the return of Jesus Christ a series of events will begin which will result In the establishment of the universal KINGDOM OF GOD upon earth (Matt. 6:10, Rev. 11:15, Dan. 2:44, Acts 17:31. Zech. 14:9, Dan. 7:14. etc.). Then the Jewish nation purged, purified, and regathered to Palestine will be the greatesl nation upon earth and God "WILL GET THEM PRAISK AND FAME IN EVERY LAND WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN PUT TO SHAME." (Jer 31:10, Ezek. 37:21-28. Ezek. 20:33-44, Ezek 36:24-38. Micah 4 :6-7. Gen. 12:2. Zeph. 3:19-20. Zech. 8:23.) Freo Literature relating to the foregoing may be obtained from BIBLE TRUTH."
