MUST SUPPLY ENEMY GARRISONS

NEW YORK, March 24. Tokio radio quoted statements made by Colonel Kikusaburo Okada a member of the War Ministry - Planning Bureau, in an interview with the "Asahi Shimbun," when he said: "Japan's fighting forces must be supplied from the territories where they are stationed to lessen, as much as possible, the drain on the homeland" Colonel Okada said that the military administration in occupied territories must continue for some time for reasons of national security.
