RUGBY, Feb. 22,

Twenty-eight British aircraft were lost during the week ended at dawn on February 22. Over the Continent fi\ c bombers and three aircraft of the Coastal Command, and two fighters, were lost, and in the Middle East 18 aircraft.

During the same period four German bombers were destroyed over or round the British Isles, three German fighters over the Continent, 10 enemy aircraft in the Middle East, and five oy British warships and merchant ships. —8.0. W.
