RELIGIOUS SERVICES. BIBLE TRUTH "JESUS CHRIST SHALL JUDGE THE QUICK (i.e., the living) AND THE DEAD AT HIS APPEARING AND HIS KINGDOM." (Paul—2 Tim. 4 :1.) mHOSE who'believe In the immortality ,of X the soul, heaven-going at death, and hellfire torments must logically believe that judgment takes place on the day of death for according to their theology it is THEN determined whether the supposed "immortal soul" is to depart to heaven or be consigned to "hell.' This, however, is not Bible teaching. The immortality of the soul, heavengoing at death, and hell-fire torments are "fables" of human origin not taught In the Bible. According to the Bible the judgment occurs not on the day of death but AT THE SECOND COMiNG OF CHRIST and then it is not "immortal souls" which' appear before Chi Ist for judgment but LIVING MEN AND WOMEN IN THE FLESH, not everyone but the responsible only. (2 Tim. 4:1, 1 Cor. 4:4-5, Matt. 16 .27, 1 John 2 :28, 2 Cor. 5:10, Matt. 25:31-46, John 9:41, Hebs. 10:26-27). Those amenable to judgment who are now dead will be raised from the dead for that purpose. (Rev. 11:13, Dan. 12:2, Acts 24:15.) Thus it is AT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST and after the resurrection of the dead THAT THE JUDGMENT OCCURS. Those whom Christ accepts at the judgment will be rewarded with eternal life (a new immortal body) and an inheritance in the coming KINGDOM OF GOD on earth, those whom He rejects will suffer "shame" and "contempt" and eventually "the second death." (Matt. 25:46. Phil. 3:20-21, 1 Cor. 15:51-54 Matt. 25:34. Dan. 7:27, Rev. 5:0-10, Dan. 12:2, Rev. 2:11.) Become acquainted with "the truth" in contrast to the "fables" of Christendom (2 Tim. 4:3-4) by reading the book "CHRISTENDOM ASTRAY."
