(Rec. 2.10 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 19. The Russians have liberated Kresty, in the.Velij district, reports a.Moscow dispatch. Kresty is the most westerly town the Russians have mentioned so far as having been liberated.
Another Moscow message reports that Dutch soldiers who were taken to Germany as "volunteers" for work in war factories have been captured on the Leningrad front.
