RACING ON THE COAST
The Westland. Racing Club's Meeting is set down for tomorrow. Two trotting events figure on the programme. Although by no means big, useful fields are carded. An interesting entry is the Dunedin Cup candidate Hearth; he has been weighted at 11.8 in the sprint, and 10.6 in the open mile. Horses who may come in for support are: — Maiden Stakes (6 furlongs).—Miss Saone, Gentility. Innovation Trot (1 mile). —Dawn Grattan, Wee Pal. > Kanieri Hack Handicap (7 furlongs). —Mauretania, Hughsotis. Thompson Memorial (6 furlongs).— Hearth, Rawhamai or Nightglass. Anniversary Handicap (1 mile).— Hearth, Stabilize. Westiand Hack Handicap (1£ miles). —Gay Thread, Roadsider. President's Trot (H miles).—Dawn Grattan. Wee Pal. . Stewards' Highweight. (7 furlongs).— Rebel Lady, Sir Gundi. j
