(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17.

The United Press learns from Aruba that aeroplanes have taken ' off to warn fourteen , Allied tankers which are at present in Caribbean waters to make port immediately, and also that all tanker sailings have been cancelled until, the United States navy and air force have cleared up the region of submarines.

Admiral Andrews further reported that the total loss in the Aruba attack was one tanker sunk and one damaged, and 24 members of the crew missing or dead.
