SOVIET CRUISER'S COUP
GERMANS SURPRISED
LONDON, February 16. Tonight's Russian communique says that at the approaches to Leningrad a Russian cruiser has shelled a Germanoccupied village. The Germans were taken completely off their guard as the cruiser, preceded by an. ice-breaker, battered heir way through the ice and shattered the enemy fortifications.
