SYMPATHY WITH CHINA
(Rec. 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 16. Pandit J. Nehru had a long inter* view today with Marshal Chiang Kai* "shek, according to a news agency mes* sage from New Delhi. Speaking at a Press conference in New Delhi, Mr. Nehru said that even if the Burma Road was cut off -^t would not cripple China. A new road to Chungking from India was nearing completion.--* -y< a.-'::* India was in complete sympathy with China. It always had been so, even before the recent developments.
