APLIN, Robert.—On January 13, 1942, at his residence, 36 Agra Crescent, Kliandallah, dearlybeloved husband of Elsie Aplln and father of Mrs. Gregory, Ngaio, and Albert, Auckland; aged 90 years. At rest. GRAY.—On January 12, 1942 (suddenly), at a private hospital, Wellington, James Dunbar Gray, late or 75 Grant Road; in his 70th year. Service at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, 11 a.m., Tomorrow (Wednesday). Private interment. JOHNSTON.—On January 13, 1942, at his residence, ■33 Central Terrace, Kelburn, Alexander, dearly-beloved husband of Annie Johnston; in his, 79th year. LAWSON.—On January 9, 1942, at Auckland Hospital, George lTarquhar, aged 47 years, dear-ly-loved husband of Margaret Raeburn, and only son of the late James and Elizabeth Lawson, Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland. Interred at Waikumete Cemetery, Auckland. At rest. MURRAY.—On January 5, 1942, lrfst at sea, Roderick, beloved brother of Angus Murray, 99 Tannadyca Street, Strathmdre Park. Sadly missed. ORR-LAM3ERT.—On January 12, 1942, at 289 The Terrace, Robert, dearly-beloved husband of' Patricia Orr-Lanibert. Result of accident.
