LONDON, January 7.
A correspondent with the British Libyan army on the Agedabia battlefield discusses the site which General Rommel has chosen for his present stubborn stand.
On the left he has the sea, and on his right the cliffs south-east of Agedabia. The 50-mile stretch between, now a quagmire of sticky mud, is cut by a single metal road. Behind General Rommel stretches the main highway to Tripoli, along which he can be supplied from El Ageila and Sirte. The fierce tank battles in this area
